Job summary

Cascade Systems Technology, LLC is seeking a Stockroom Associate to support manufacturing by ensuring materials are accurate, available, and organized. You will pick kits, verify part numbers, and manage shortages in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include cycle counts, receiving stock, and applying LEAN methods while maintaining safety. The role requires 2+ years in manufacturing, strong communication, and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Two years of manufacturing or computer component experience.
• Excellent communication with team, customers and vendors.
• Ability to read packing slips and order forms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Familiar with LEAN processes and ISO 9000.
• Able to use MS Office and learn company software.
• Comply with ITAR and avoid federal watch lists.
• Support continuous improvement and Lean initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Pick kits on a timely basis, aiming four weeks before due date; 1–2 day turns for rapid orders.
• Verify correct parts for jobs and alert supervisor on discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and report variances for correction.
• Count stock items, record data, and reconcile with system.
• Put away material after production and manage shortage reports.
• Follow safety requirements and report any incidents.
