Job summary

Seaboard Foods in Guymon, OK is hiring an Inventory Clerk to maintain and update warehouse inventories and to reconcile discrepancies. You will work with the Shipping team to ensure accurate counts, manage physical inventories, and communicate variances to Management using WMS and AS400 systems.

The role requires the ability to read and interpret safety and process documents, and to operate pallet jacks and forklifts.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• 1 year of relevant experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret English documents such as safety rules and manuals.
• Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Monitors and maintains current inventory levels.
• Performs physical counts of inventory and reconciles to reports.
• Verifies and reconciles inventory using the WMS system.
• Transfers, relocates, and receives Finished Goods using RF scanners.
• Documents discrepancies to Management daily for submission.
• Performs data entry using spreadsheets or systems on Microsoft, WMS, AS400.
• Answers inventory questions via email, in person, or phone daily.
• Works with Corporate office on inventory allocation and disposition.
• Leads annual physical inventory checks and balances.
• Operates pallet jacks and forklifts as needed.
