Job summary

Nova-Tech Engineering in Willmar, MN is seeking an Inventory Specialist to contribute to the flow of materials across our supply chain. You will receive, inspect, log shipments, organize storage, and prepare production kits.

You'll maintain inventory accuracy with cycle counts and updates in Microsoft D365, pack items for shipment, and support team operations with training and meetings. Forklift experience and basic computer skills are helpful; lifting up to 70 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Receive, inspect, and log incoming shipments into the inventory system.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counting and records updates.
• Pack and prep parts for shipment and create production kits.
• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills.
• Effective communication and follow-through with team members.

Responsibilities

• As Inventory Specialist, manage receiving, storing, cycle counting, kitting, and distribution.
• Support production flow by replenishing Kanban bins.
• Coordinate recycling pickups with external vendors.
• Train new team members and participate in meetings.
• Promote safety, compliance, and continuous improvement.
