Job summary

Nova Biomedical Corporation in Massachusetts is seeking a Replenishment Associate to support finished goods and raw materials in our warehouse. You will put away inventory, pick materials for manufacturing, and ensure accurate inventory locations using scanners and systems.

The role requires 2+ years in warehousing, strong English communication, and attention to detail. SAP experience and forklift certification are highly valued, with backup support to Order Processors and Shippers as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of warehousing/shipping/receiving experience.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience operating warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of inventory systems preferred.
• SAP experience strongly preferred.
• Basic computer skills; Microsoft Office a plus.
• Knowledge of domestic shipping systems (UPS WorldShip, FedEx Café, USPS) preferred.
• Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Put away finished goods received internally or from other Nova facilities.
• Put away received raw materials in appropriate locations.
• Pick work orders to support instrument manufacturing.
• Pick material for internal Nova customers and shipments.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Register bills of lading and load shipments with carriers.
• Collaborate with Distribution teams and Order Services.
• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.
• Provide backup support to Order Processors and Shippers as needed.
