Job summary

Wyld is seeking an Inventory Specialist in California–Sacramento to manage finished goods in METRC and internal systems. You will track quantities, movements, labeling, and compliance while supporting production, packaging, and order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates will have at least 1 year in inventory/logistics, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and Jira or similar tools. Expect a fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of inventory/logistics experience or training.
• Strong attention to detail with ability to work under deadlines.
• Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and work management tools like Jira or similar.

Responsibilities

• Record inventory from production into METRC or state system and internal systems.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and labeling per standards.
• Conduct daily inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate material movement through production, packaging, and fulfillment.
• Assist with sales transactions and order fulfillment; liaise with Sales Reps.
