Job summary

RS Integrated Supply is seeking an on-site storeroom clerk to support receiving, stocking, issuing, and inventory control. You will interface with clients, perform cycle counts, and use ERP software to track parts and inventory.

Strong customer service and attention to detail are essential. The role emphasizes accurate data entry, adherence to SOPs, and proactive communication with management and buyers to resolve stock issues.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and phone skills.
• Basic computer proficiency – Windows, MS Office, inventory systems.
• Ability to learn part identification and maintain accuracy.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail oriented and well-organized, able to meet deadlines.
• Strong problem analysis and resolution abilities.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety and security procedures and report hazards.
• Provide professional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and SOPs.
• Unpack stock, verify against packing slips and PO, enter data into ERP.
• Issue materials, pull, stage, and kit as required.
• Store received material, tag, repack, deliver, and handle special requests.
• Process returns for unused material per SOP.
• Prepare material for vendor return and parts for repair per SOPs.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies to managers.
• Maintain inventory accuracy by count and location in ERP.
• Verify on-hand quantities to identify reorder needs.
• Keep storeroom clean and organized; support corporate projects.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
