Job summary

A regional grocery retailer in Bossier City is looking for an Inventory Specialist responsible for monitoring inventory levels and customer interaction. The role requires daily stock counts and ensuring proper product maintenance. Ideal candidates will have strong organizational skills and basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, along with a high school diploma. This position offers a dynamic work environment with various responsibilities and flexible scheduling including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• Experience in inventory management preferred.
• Ability to work flexible schedules including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the Inventory Management System.
• Perform stock counts daily to ensure product accuracy.
• Ensure cleanliness and safety in working environment.

Skills

Intermediate knowledge of backroom organization standards

Basic mathematical skills

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office applications

Ability to communicate effectively

Ability to organize and manage time
