Brookshire Grocery Company in Longview, Texas is seeking an Inventory Specialist to monitor and maintain inventory levels within our Inventory Management System. You will perform daily stock counts, ensure accuracy of product balances, and work with the store team to optimize stock levels.

This role emphasizes safety, accuracy, and customer service as you handle stock replenishment, reporting, and cycle counts.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED; one year of related experience preferred.
• Ability to operate pallet jack and maintain safety procedures.
• Basic math and reading comprehension skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily stock counts in the Inventory Management System to ensure accuracy of product balances.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels through proper ordering and receiving of product.
• Ensure all pending inventory transactions are reviewed and completed daily.
• Communicate with store director on inventory levels; research shortages and correct shelf conditions.
• Ensure product levels are maintained and replenished on shelves.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary work environment per Company safety procedures.
