Cencora is hiring for an Inventory Clerk to support our US distribution services. The role involves accurate counting of bulk merchandise, adjusting inventory, and researching discrepancies in our primary warehouse locations.

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, strong communication, math, and organizational skills. Overtime may be required, with a full-time schedule and opportunities for performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or GED; normally less than 1 year of experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
• Strong product knowledge and good mathematical skill.
• Good interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Counts bulk merchandise in warehouse locations.
• Performs adjustments on inventory levels.
• Researches discrepancies related to inventory levels.
• Requests return authorizations, pulls product, ships returns and recalls.
• Provides internal and external customer support.
• Assists with physical inventory.
• Develops and implements new inventory processes and procedures.
• Supports Inventory Department with tasks like placing purchase orders and monitoring service levels.
• Complies with policies, safety rules and DEA regulations.
• Must be able to work overtime and participate in physical inventory.
• Performs related duties as assigned.
