Job summary

Walgreens in Cleveland, OH seeks a dedicated Inventory and Customer Experience Associate. You will manage store inventory across front-end and pharmacy, ensure accurate receiving, counting, pricing, and returns.

You will validate planograms and drive On-Shelf Availability while supporting reporting and asset protection. As a leader on duty when needed, you will review inventory systems, train teammates, handle POS and cash tasks, and coach staff to deliver a consistently positive customer

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control and store operations.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in counting, pricing and reporting.
• Ability to handle cash, operate POS, and follow store policies.

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor inventory best practices for front end and pharmacy.
• Review reports and system applications affecting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Perform asset protection tasks and file overage/shortage claims.
• Open/close store in absence of management and handle cash and cashier duties.
• Support On-Shelf Availability and vendor returns processes.
• Complete pricing changes and basic department pricing tasks.
• Assist in ordering and maintaining inventory across departments.
