Qualifications

• Six months of prior work experience (Walgreens internal or external candidates).
• Must be fluent in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.
• Proven ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail.
• Experience in identifying operational issues and proposing solutions.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for executing, monitoring, and training inventory best practices for the store, including front end and pharmacy.
• Support pharmacy inventory management activities, including receiving, counting, ordering, and returns.
• Validate planograms and ensure on-shelf availability and accurate pricing.
• Review reports and system applications impacting on-hand balances and pricing.
• Execute front end and pharmacy asset protection, recalls, and postings.
• Open/close store duties in designated locations, including cash handling and POS tasks.
• Engage customers, assist with products and services, and resolve issues to ensure a positive experience.
• Coach team members on inventory, warehouse, and vendor processes; manage deliveries and scan-ins.
• Coordinate pricing changes, markdowns, and regulatory pricing tasks.
• Support packaging, delivery, and pickups; ensure inventory records and bills are accurate.
