Job summary

EVEREVE Incorporated is seeking a PT Inventory Specialist to keep our Oak Brook store running smoothly by receiving, ticketing, and preparing inventory for the floor. You will also assist with markdowns, transfers, and returns, while prioritizing HEART values in daily operations.

The role requires at least 8 hours per week, with opportunities for up to 30 hours. You will collaborate with store leaders and merchandisers to place products, manage replenishments, and fulfill web orders in a timely

Qualifications

• Collaborative and able to use creative problem-solving skills to arrive at solutions.

• Ability to work independently in stores and be self-motivated.
• Strong organization and computer skills.
• Must be able to climb a ladder.
• Must be able to lift 20–30 pounds independently and move up to 50 pounds using a dolly.

Responsibilities

• Act and lead through our HEART values (Humility, Empathy, Authenticity, Relationships, Tenacity).
• Work a minimum of 8 hours per week executing inventory management tasks for the store team.
• Process new shipment deliveries and review for defects before placing on the floor.
• Maintain purchase order records in the POS system and manage invoices and price ticketing of new goods.
• Partner with store leaders and merchandisers about placement of product on the styling floor.
• Manage daily replenishment of items sold and pulls for the styling floor.
• Manage a fulfillment queue for web orders and orders placed by other stores; pull, process and ship promptly.
• Conduct weekly checks for items returned to vendors and execute transfers out of the store.
• Conduct transfers of product to other stores or to the company warehouse as directed.
• Execute weekly markdowns and assist the merchandiser to keep sale section well stocked.
• Maintain general organization and cleanliness of the backroom following company directives.
• Order store supplies weekly and ensure the store has all supplies and packaging needed.
