Job summary

Panasonic Avionics Corporation in Sparks, NV is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support the Assembly department. The role focuses on accurate tracking of goods, data entry, and collaboration with production for cycle counts using MS Office and MES systems.

The ideal candidate will have a High School Diploma or GED, strong English skills, and a proactive, time‑managed, team‑oriented work style in a 8:15am–5:00pm, Mon–Fri schedule.

Qualifications

• Basic/Required education: High School Diploma or GED.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Strong data collection, analysis, and presentation skills.
• Self-starter with ability to work independently and follow up with minimal direction.
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
• Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee inventory and order additional products per policy.
• Investigate discrepancies in reported quantities and conduct recounts if needed.
• Coordinate with production for cycle counts and inventory warrants.
• Implement inventory control systems and forecast material needs.
• Contribute to process improvement opportunities and other duties as assigned.
• Support MES and MS Office-based tasks in daily operations.
