Job summary

Panasonic Energy is seeking an Inventory Clerk to record and maintain control of inventory across the facility in a high-volume production environment. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, accuracy, and the ability to multi-task during day shifts.

The position requires a High School Diploma or GED, 2+ years of experience, and preferred manufacturing background. Bilingual Japanese is valued, with English proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Manufacturing experience preferred and detail-oriented with data entry skills.
• Bilingual Japanese preferred and English proficiency required for reading/writing/speaking.

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain control of inventory across the facility.
• Perform data entry related to inventory receipts, transfers, production and adjustments.
• Prepare reports such as inventory balance, safety stock calculations, demand rates and shortages.
• Assist with month-end and year-end physical inventories.
• Communicate cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure timely reports.
