Job summary

DSV Air & Sea Inc. Sparks facility is seeking an Inventory Control Specialist to manage warehouse inventory, operate MHE, and enter data for receipts, shipments, and inventory updates. You will assist supervision to ensure quality, safety, and policy compliance across shifts.

The role supports daily operations with flexible hours and cross‑training opportunities, while maintaining accurate records and participating in audits and cycle counts as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• 6 months experience in logistics/distribution or related environment.
• Able to operate MHE in a warehouse setting.
• Must work in unregulated warehouse temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate warehouse inventory using systems.
• Direct customer interface to answer questions and resolve issues.
• Return material from customers to factory and transfer material to appropriate areas.
• Relocate material to maintain inventory range and locations.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and report safety concerns.
• Prepare records and reports for inventory control and security.
• Conduct physical inventories and assist with cycle counts.
• Use PC for email and reporting as required.
