Job summary

Grand Appliance and TV is seeking an Inventory Associate to join our Wisconsin warehouse team. This full-time role supports vendor returns, conducts weekly cycle counts, and collaborates with sales, service, and product management to move excess or uncrated products.

Typical hours are 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with some cycle-count shifts at 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and alternating Saturdays. A strong emphasis on accuracy, organization, and professional communication is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Professional communication skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work under pressure or deadlines and handle multiple priorities.
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner.
• Professional appearance and courteous manner.
• Within established guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling own work.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the accuracy of receipts, transfer, etc., by conducting detail audits of the product inventory on a regular basis.
• Constantly monitors the movement of the inventory and identifies if there are any shortages that are seen when compared with the physical inventory data.
• Verifies the descriptions of various products, their condition, amount, etc., and completes all the related paperwork.
• Performs physical count of inventory.
• Reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports.
• Receives all inventory.
