Grand Appliance and TV in Sturtevant, WI is hiring a full-time Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. You will verify receipts, count inventory, and coordinate with sales, service, and product management to move excess, obsolete, or uncrated stock.

Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with cycle counts days 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and alternating Saturdays every other week. We value accuracy, professional communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Professional communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Handle confidential information appropriately.
• Professional appearance and courteous conduct.

Responsibilities

• Verifies receipts, transfers, and inventory via detail audits.
• Monitors inventory movement and identifies shortages.
• Verifies product descriptions, condition, and paperwork.
• Performs physical inventory counts.
• Reconciles stock counts to computer reports.
• Receives all inventory shipments.
