Grand Appliance and TV in Sturtevant, WI is hiring a full-time Inventory Associate to join our warehouse team. You will verify receipts, count inventory, and coordinate with sales, service, and product management to move excess, obsolete, or uncrated stock.

Typical schedule Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–4:00 PM, with cycle counts days 7:00 AM–3:00 PM and alternating Saturdays every other week. We value accuracy, professional communication, and the ability to work under pressure.

Grand Appliance is hiring for a full-time Inventory Associate, who will be responsible for working with vendors to coordinate returns, participate in weekly cycle counts, work cross-functionally with departments such as sales, service, and product management to move excess, obsolete, and uncrated products. This position is located at our Sturtevant, WI warehouse and is a full-time role with a schedule of Monday through Friday, typically from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM. On days with cycle counts, those hours are 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM. There are also alternating Saturdays every other week, with one day off during the week when working Saturday.

Responsibilities

• Verifies the accuracy of receipts, transfer, etc., by conducting detail audits of the product inventory on a regular basis
• Constantly monitors the movement of the inventory and identifies if there are any shortages that are seen when compared with the physical inventory data
• Verifies the descriptions of various products, their condition, amount, etc., and completes all the related paperwork
• Performs physical count of inventory
• Reconciles actual stock count to computer-generated reports
• Receives all inventory

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required
• Professional communication skills and excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
• Highly proficient in the MS Office Suite with Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Ability to work under pressure or deadlines and handle multiple priorities
• Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information in an appropriate manner
• Professional appearance and courteous manner
• Within established guidelines makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling own work
