Job summary

Jetson Specialty Marketing is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift (3:00pm - 11:00pm) in Hamburg, PA. Responsibilities include scheduling inbound/outbound freight, data entry, and accurate BOL creation with meticulous attention to detail.

You'll count inventory, enter counts into the system, and assist the Warehouse Supervisor while supporting other warehouse tasks. OSHA awareness and basic safety practices are important. Benefit-oriented culture highlighted.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED accepted; preferred.
• 1+ years experience operating a ride-on/electric pallet jack and High Reach.
• Experience in a manufacturing and/or production environment preferred.
• Forklift and high reach experience preferred but not required.
• OSHA awareness a plus.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound freight.
• Answer emails/phone calls for freight deliveries and schedule the appointments.
• Receive material codes into JET and assure the accuracy of freight, according to the BOL/packing list.
• Unload freight from trucks when needed.
• Create BOLs for outbound shipments.
• Verify and recount material pulled from inventory.
• Pull material for various clients to ship.
• Preform inventory by counting material and entering counts into the system.
• Assist Warehouse Supervisor and Director as needed.
• Assist in warehouse as needed.
• Comply with company policies and procedures; promote company values.
