Job summary

Ideal Tridon Group in Auburn Hills, MI is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the 2nd shift to support manufacturing operations. You will monitor inventory levels, process orders, perform cycle counts, and report to the shift supervisor while ensuring safety and accuracy in a non-climate-controlled plant.

Responsibilities include following SOPs, using a scan gun, operating forklift, forecasting BOM, and coordinating with team leaders to maintain on-hand stock and timely delivery to production.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Hi-Lo certification preferred; training provided.
• 1 year of tool-and-die experience in manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to read and follow written directions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow SOPs and document inventory transactions.
• Able to operate forklift in tight spaces and move parts safely.
• Perform cycle counts and report discrepancies.
• Coordinate with team leaders on BOM forecasts and material flow.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and safety compliance.
