Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist for our Pryor Creek, OK facility on the 2nd shift (2:00pm–10:30pm). You will maintain accurate inventory counts, interact with fully automated equipment, and support QA processes to keep operations running smoothly.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 2 years in warehouse operations or inventory, and the ability to work flexible hours with some overtime. familiarity with WMS like Blue Yonder is a plus.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
• Interact with fully automatic equipment
• Perform product counts
• Stage materials within designated areas
• Operate all necessary warehouse equipment and tools
• Utilize a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Good knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System)/Blue Yonder

This job requires the ability to:

• Move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts
• Carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs , routinely
• Stand for prolonged periods of time >4 hours
• Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift.
• Tolerate hot and cold work environments
