Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to support night shift operations in Texas. The role focuses on accurate inventory control, QA processes, and efficient staging of materials to keep warehouse flows uninterrupted.

The ideal candidate will have experience with Microsoft Office, familiarity with warehouse management systems, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or equivalent is required.

Night Shift, Friday – Sunday, 5:30pm - 6:00am

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
• Perform product counts

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally
• Move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts
