Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory, operate warehouse systems, and support efficient material flow on a Monday–Friday schedule in a full-time role.

The position emphasizes attention to detail, ability to work with automated equipment, and collaboration within a team to ensure smooth operations and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Good knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System)/Blue Yonder.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed

It’d be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2 years of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Good knowledge in WMS (Warehouse Management System)/Blue Yonder

This job requires the ability to:

• Move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts
• Carry objects 3-5 feet weighing up to 50 lbs, routinely
• Stand for prolonged periods of time >4 hours
• Walk continuously for more than 10,000 steps (4-5) miles per day
• Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull objects of various shapes and sizes in team lift.
• Tolerate hot and cold work environments
