Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. in Schertz, Texas, is seeking an Inventory Specialist for the Weekend Day Shift (Sunday-Thursday, 7:00 AM–3:45 PM). You will maintain accurate inventory counts, follow QA processes, perform product counts, and stage materials in designated areas.

You will operate warehouse equipment, use a warehouse management system, and work with a flexible schedule. A high school diploma and 1 year of warehouse/inventory experience are preferred, with teamwork and independent work ability

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with potential overtime.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
• Perform product counts

What you need to succeed at GXO:

At a minimum, you'll need:

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed

It'd be great if you also have:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally
• Move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts
