The shift for this role is Monday through Friday 6AM - 2:30PM

Inventory Specialist

Our Inventory Specialist is primarily responsible for generating accurate outbound transfers to dispensaries and processors as well as quality control for all outbound orders.

Your role in caring for our company:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation.
  • Responsible for following all standard operating procedures (SOP) operational guidelines, verbal directives, training information, and policies when performing duties.
  • Perform Quality Assurance checks on outbound orders and manifests based off Apex invoice.
  • Weigh and adjust bulk trim packages for wholesale deliveries.
  • Pull orders and prepare finished inventory for outbound delivery.
  • Perform inventory audits, verifying accurate quantities and package numbers.
  • Conduct Perform Quality Assurance checks and reports for all finished good entries.
  • Coordinate adjustments to invoices in partnership with Inventory Manager and sales team.
  • Responsible for accurately packing batches as needed.
  • Communicate with customers on invoice updates, payment requests, delivery status, and other relevant order information.
  • Upload menu items to Apex
  • Conduct third-party testing of products and perform testing entries in Metrc.
  • Assist on an as needed basis with finished good inventory, vault audit, and cleaning of vault.
  • Complete all daily duties on time and willing to accept additional job duties and responsibilities.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers about daily production output.
  • Flex to other departments to assist as needed and allowed within the production schedule.
  • Must be comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures from 55°ree;-85°ree;.

Qualifications we ask you to have:

  • For legal reasons, all employees need to be at least 21 years of .
  • You will be asked to pass a Federal and State criminal history background check.
  • We ask that you have at least a high school diploma/GED.
  • We ask that you have at least one (1) year of inventory experience.
  • We ask that you have at least one (1) year of data entry experience.

Addition skills which will help you excel in your role:

  • Strong attention to detail, our plants are very delicate throughout their lifecycle!
  • Desire and ability to work as a member of a team.
  • Comply with all HR policies including confidentiality and non-disclosure.
  • Maintain open communication with the management team and other co-workers.
  • Strong work ethic; must be accountable and proactive.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace in a high production environment!
  • We ask that you do not have allergies to plant materials or nitrile gloves; this position requires daily exposure to cannabis plants and nitrile gloves.
  • Metrc, and industry experience not required, but highly encouraged.
  • Strong communication skills when interacting with customers.

Work Schedule/Location:

  • On-site 5 days a week.
