Job summary

Opti Staffing in Tualatin, OR is hiring an Inventory Specialist to maintain accurate inventory and support production in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You will handle receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and part identification, using Oracle NetSuite on a Windows ERP system, and operate a forklift to move materials.

The role requires forklift experience, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and strong attention to detail with excellent teamwork and communication.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or a parts department.
• Strong computer skills and experience with Windows-based ERP software; Oracle NetSuite preferred.
• Knowledge of engine, diesel, industrial, automotive, or marine parts.
• Forklift experience and safety awareness.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records using Oracle NetSuite.
• Receive, inspect, and stock incoming materials and engine components.
• Manage inventory for engine parts, brackets, bell housings, manifolds, finished goods.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory adjustments, and reconciliation.
• Pull and stage parts for production, assembly, and customer orders.
• Identify and research part numbers while ensuring proper labeling and storage.
• Work with purchasing, production, and shipping to maintain material flow.
• Operate a forklift to move raw materials, completed assemblies, pallets, and finished goods.
• Assist with shipping and receiving as needed.
