Job Description

We have an immediate opening at our near downtown manufacturing plant. The successful applicant MUST have legitimate experience with live inventory control, cycle counts, kitting, shipping and receiving, and data entry. If you do not have actual inventory control experience for several years, you will not be considered!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Highly motivated and computer-savvy individual capable of understanding and acting upon verbal or written instructions in English promptly for successful completion of tasks.
• Extensive experience with ERP software and Microsoft Excel, with the ability to pass a knowledge test on-site.
• Experience using barcode scanners and digital scales.
• Ability to pull inventory according to BOM requirements and kit effectively for issuance to assembly teams.
• Experience pulling inventory for outbound orders, packaging properly, and ensuring correct shipment to customers.
• Ability to read drawings and identify mechanical components.
• Verifiable experience in factory mechanical inventory and tooling control.
• Ability to build shipping crates out of wood, assemble cardboard boxes, lift 50 lbs occasionally, climb stairs, and remain on your feet continually.
• Must pass a background check.
• Highly organized with a strong obsession for cleanliness and organization.
• Experience working with freight companies for domestic and international shipping.
• Forklift certification or ability to obtain one.
• Ability to work standing for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license.
• Punctuality and willingness to go the extra mile to support customers and factory teammates.
