LOCATION: 700 SW 5th Ave Suite 1040, Portland, Oregon 97204 (Pioneer Place)

SCHEDULE: Monday - Saturday availability (6:00 AM - 3:00 PM)

PAY RANGE: $19.50 - $23.50/hour

The base salary or hourly wage range for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to prior experience, relevant expertise, current business needs, and market factors. JOB PURPOSE:

This position assists with ordering, receiving, inventory, and organization tasks to reduce admin time for managers, allowing them to focus on operations. Managers will review orders for accuracy and par levels until the supervisor is self-sufficient.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS:

• Conduct inventory counts of food, supplies, and stock items.
• Enter inventory data into management system accurately.
• Investigate discrepancies and report findings.
• Track and report variances, waste, and usage patterns.
• Place orders maintaining required par levels.
• Receive, inspect, and store deliveries properly.
• Ensure stock rotation (FIFO).
• Follow up with vendors on issues.
• Reconcile receipts with purchase orders and invoices.
• Perform other duties supporting inventory and kitchen operations.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Positive and professional attitude.
• Attention to detail, accuracy, and speed with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of food safety, storage, and stock rotation (FIFO).
• Strong computer skills, including data entry and reporting.
• Proficient in email and Google Workspace.
• Understanding of food cost management and waste tracking.
• Experience with inventory management software.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, twist, bend, and handle physical workload.
