Description

SHINE Technologies is immediately seeking an Inventory Specialist who will be focused in maintaining general shipping, receiving, handling, and distribution of materials for construction of the Chrysalis, a first-of-a-kind medical isotope production facility. This position maintains an uninterrupted supply of materials to the Construction organization by ensuring the warehouse and other storage locations are kept in an organized and accurate state of control.

The base salary range for this position is $21.00 per hour-$27.00 per hour plus a comprehensive compensation package. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Specific duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Completion of warehouse transactions and inventory analysis through NetSuite.
  • Ensuring proper documentation for receipts and material transfers for regulatory and procedural compliance.
  • Facilitate and perform shipping, receiving, stocking and associated administrative tasks. Perform quality receipt inspections of incoming material in accordance with cGMP and regulatory requirements.
  • Generating overage, shortage, damage, and discrepant (OSDD) reports or nonconformance reports (NCRs) as required and drive issues to closure.
  • Support Construction organization with kitting and distribution of materials.
  • Perform physical equipment and material movements utilizing equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
  • Perform physical movements as part of warehousing activities (handing materials up to 40 pounds, lifting, kneeling, bending, or climbing movements as part of loading and offloading materials).
  • Periodic inventory of warehouse stock.
  • Filing appropriate record documents with Document Control.

Requirements

  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years’ worth of warehousing or related supply chain experience.
  • Experience and competency working in enterprise resource planning software systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamis, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of basic inventory control methods.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and task management skills.
  • Experience in GMP environment a plus.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
  • Certification and licensure to use fork trucks and company vehicles.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and interface with Engineering and Construction groups.

Eligibility for employment is conditioned on the applicant’s ability to qualify for access to information subject to U.S. Export Controls. Additionally, applicant’s eligibility may be conditioned based upon meeting the Nuclear Regulatory Commission requirements for access to Safeguards Information, which typically requires a pre-employment drug screen, fingerprinting and criminal background check.
