Description

SHINE Technologies is immediately seeking an Inventory Specialist responsible for maintaining general shipping, receiving, handling, and distribution of materials for the construction of the Chrysalis, a first-of-a-kind medical isotope production facility. The role ensures an uninterrupted supply of materials to the Construction organization by keeping the warehouse and storage locations organized and accurately controlled.

Salary

The base salary range for this position is $21.00 to $27.00 per hour, plus a comprehensive compensation package. Salaries are determined by role, level, and location.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Complete warehouse transactions and conduct inventory analysis using NetSuite.
• Ensure proper documentation for receipts and transfers, complying with regulatory and procedural standards.
• Facilitate shipping, receiving, stocking, and perform related administrative tasks. Conduct quality inspections of incoming materials per cGMP and regulatory requirements.
• Generate OSDD or NCR reports as required and drive issues to resolution.
• Support construction with kitting and distribution of materials.
• Perform physical movements of equipment and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.
• Conduct periodic inventory of warehouse stock.
• Maintain records with Document Control.

Requirements

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in warehousing or supply chain roles.
• Experience with ERP systems like NetSuite, SAP, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Knowledge of basic inventory control methods.
• Excellent communication and attention to detail.
• Experience in GMP environments is a plus.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings.
• Certification to operate forklifts and company vehicles.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Engineering and Construction teams.
