LKQ seeks a detail-oriented inventory analyst to evaluate overall salvage inventory across multiple warehouses in Hawaii. You will analyze levels, stock strategies, and profitability contributions to project value and crushing capacity.

Strong communication and Microsoft Office skills are essential. Responsibilities include generating reports, reviewing vehicle profitability, investigating missing inventory, and ensuring accuracy.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in the inventory department within the company.
• Basic automotive knowledge.
• Analytical and detail-oriented with ability to communicate effectively.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project X.

Job Summary

Responsible for evaluating and reviewing the company's overall inventory (salvage) management.

• Evaluate inventory levels for all warehouses and determine proper product stocking.
• Regular review of inventory and vehicles to ensure efficiencies.
• Communicating opportunities found within inventory.
• Build and analyze reports based on vehicle profitability and projected parts value to determine crushing abilities.
• Project profitability based on inventory.
• Research and investigate missing inventory.
• Evaluate inventory for accuracy.
• Assumes other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications

• Education & Experience: High School degree or equivalent. Requires experience working in the inventory department within the company.
• Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Basic Automotive knowledge. Analytical, detailed, and must be able to communicate effectively with others—experience with Microsoft Office, Excel, and Project X.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience within inventory controls and Project X. Automotive background preferred.
