Join Our Team as an Inventory Specialist at DiaPharma Group, Inc.

DiaPharma Group, Inc. is seeking an Inventory Specialist to join our team in West Chester Township, OH. This role involves monitoring inventory levels, analyzing material flow, and ensuring product availability to meet company needs.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am – 5pm, with Fridays from 8am – 1pm.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with inventory management, order placement, and record updates.
• Support warehouse operations including receiving, packaging, and shipping.
• Maintain relationships with carriers for shipping efficiency.
• Respond to customer inquiries and support internal teams with supply needs.
• Support purchasing decisions, quality control, and inventory database maintenance.
• Collaborate across departments to improve purchasing and inventory processes.
• Handle operational repairs, IT needs, order processing, and invoicing.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience in inventory control and customer service.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Experience with Acumatica is a plus.
