Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Warehouse Worker in Miramar, FL to support efficient warehouse operations. You will pack and wrap products, follow 5S principles, and maintain a safe work area while lifting boxes up to 60 lbs. Spanish is a plus, and forklift certification or the ability to obtain it is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to operate sit-down lift trucks safely and efficiently (Certification required or ability to obtain)
• Basic math skills with counting accuracy and consistency
• Strong work ethic with attention to detail
• Ability to read, write, and speak basic English; Spanish skills preferred

Responsibilities

• Pack and wrap products and pallets with high quality standards
• Implement standard 5S principles to maintain organization
• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
• Assist in unloading arriving containers and verify product specs (Dimensions/SKUs/Labels/Lots)

Our client, a leading distribution and logistics organization, is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Worker to join their team. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be an essential part of the operations team supporting efficient warehouse processes. The ideal candidate will demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

• Maintain a safe working environment for all team members
• Manually lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 lbs
• Collaborate in unloading arriving containers and verify product specifications (Dimensions/SKUs/Labels/Lots)

• Basic problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Basic math skills with attention to counting accuracy and consistency
