Qualifications

Responsibilities

SUMMARY

This position is responsible for executing daily tasks to ensure all inventories are accurate and up to date at all times by completing inventory counts, updating changes/end of lots, and general cleanup. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)
• Maintain up to date working stock inventory in the ERP system
• Cycle count administration-daily/monthly/quarterly items to review
• Work with outside companies to properly dispose of unwanted materials and update quantities as appropriate in the system
• Monitor end of lot process on a regular basis and investigate shortages, review processes in place, and updates system to reflect changes
• Recommend process improvements for increased efficiencies
• Firm understanding and compliance with company’s Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices
• Regular attendance

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

• Associate’s degree in a relatable field preferred
• Either currently have or ability to attain forklift certification required
• A minimum of 2+ years’ experience in a relatable field preferred
• Experience using a wide variety of measuring instruments and complicated product development preferred
• Experience with business process improvement teams and initiatives preferred
• Experience with ERP software preferred
• Knowledge of databases and ability to create reports preferred
• Knowledge of functional business process preferred
• Knowledge of GMP’s, OSHA rules and regulations preferred
• Knowledge of material handling preferred
