Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP seeks a Materials Representative to manage spare parts inventory and support field services with timely deliveries and accurate counts. The role emphasizes safety, quality, and teamwork across multiple sites nationwide.

Must have a high school diploma, 2+ years in materials management or warehousing, preferably 1 year in natural gas; strong Excel/Word/Outlook skills; valid driver’s license; and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience in materials management and/or inventory warehousing.
• Preferred 1 year experience in natural gas industry.
• Basic understanding of invoicing procedures.

Responsibilities

• Make deliveries and pick up spare parts and supplies as necessary.
• Count spare parts inventory to ensure accuracy.
• Place orders with vendors for spare parts and supplies.
• Ship and receive parts orders utilizing barcode scanners and other tech.
• Perform general housekeeping in warehouse, field storage, and office areas.
• Process order requests from field service technicians via phone or e-mail.
• Participate in safety training and contribute to safety improvements.
• Maintain company vehicle through routine maintenance and inspection.
• Track outstanding cores and return cores to vendors for credit.
• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment (forklift, pallet jack, etc.).
• Ability to reconcile invoices.
• Any other duties assigned by supervisor.
