Job summary

USA Compression Partners, LP seeks a Materials Supervisor to manage inventory, spare parts, and tools across multiple locations. You will support field material representatives and services teams to maintain high service levels for customers.

The role requires a high school diploma, 8+ years of relevant experience, and strong leadership and communication skills. This is a full-time, on-site position with a focus on safety and cost control across the region.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate inventory, spare parts, supplies, and tools.
• Lead regional materials team with hiring, development, and performance management duties.
• Establish metrics to monitor inventory performance and identify improvements.
• Coordinate audits and ensure safety and environmental policies are followed.
• Support budgeting and cost-control efforts and liaise with vendors.
