Job summary

HD Supply is seeking an Inventory Solutions Associate to act as a liaison between the organization and the customer served by the VMI site within a client's facility. You will manage daily replenishment orders, receive stock, and maintain accurate inventory levels, including monitoring min/max thresholds and communicating inventory needs with the customer.

The role requires HS Diploma or GED (strongly preferred) with 2–5 years of related experience, and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Typically 2–5 years of experience in inventory or related area.
• Specialized skills training/certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill daily replenishment orders accurately and timely.
• Receive daily replenishments and branch transfers to maintain inventory.
• Complete control reports per operations manual timelines.
• Monitor min/max parameters to maintain proper stock levels.
• Communicate market and customer conditions to stakeholders.
