Job summary

Etched is seeking an Inventory Site Lead to own inventory for Milpitas, supervising the Milpitas Inventory team and ensuring accurate on-hand, in-transit, and allocated records. You will collaborate with SMT, Procurement, Engineering and Finance, and you’ll be hands-on on the floor for counts, receipts and investigations.

This working‑lead role requires setting standards, building processes, and scaling operations to match higher volumes and new production lines while maintaining safety and ERP

Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of inventory or warehouse ops experience in manufacturing/electronics.
• Hands-on experience with SAP, NetSuite or a comparable ERP for receiving, transfers, cycle counts and inventory adjustments.
• Experience leading a team: setting priorities, scheduling, training and maintaining standards.
• Proficient in Excel: lookups, pivot tables, weekly reports from transactional data.
• Experience running cycle-count programs and investigating variances to root cause.
• Strong coordination with Engineering, Supply Chain and Operations.
• Comfortable on the floor: lifting up to 50 lb, ESD-controlled areas.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between San Jose and Milpitas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Milpitas Inventory team: priorities, shift coverage, and training.
• Own end-to-end receiving in NetSuite/ERP: loading dock, inspection, quantities and lot/date-code capture.
• Maintain accurate on-hand, in-transit, allocated balances; run cycle counts and resolve variances.
• Oversee kitting and internal fulfillment for builds; ensure timely parts and substitutions.
• Maintain warehouse safety, ESD/5S programs and forklift safety; coordinate movements.
• Write and maintain SOPs for receiving, put-away, transfers, RMA, scrap.
• Plan space, staffing and systems for higher volumes and new production lines.
