Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an experienced Inventory Specialist to join a premier client’s warehouse and distribution operations. This role emphasizes accurate inventory management using SAP, along with handling shipping and receiving tasks.

The position is full-time with a 1st shift, Monday–Friday, and offers daily duties in tracking inventory, processing movements, and supporting documentation for shipments and audits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in warehouse inventory control, logistics, shipping and receiving, or related field.
• Experience using SAP for inventory transactions, shipping, receiving, and adjustments.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain perpetual inventory records and verify accuracy.
• Process inventory movements, transfers, adjustments, shipments, and receipts.
• Update SAP records for shipments, receipts, transfers, and reversals.
• Prepare inventory and operational reports for management.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving activities and schedules.
• Support training of inventory team members.
