Job summary

Kelly Services is seeking an Inventory Specialist for a manufacturing operation in Canaan, CT. You will manage daily storeroom and inventory tasks, receive and organize tools, and track materials using SAP, while supporting production teams and maintaining a safe workspace.

Competitive hourly pay with day/night shifts (20–22 USD/hr) and a rotating schedule; experience with SAP or similar systems is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory, storeroom, or supply crib operations.
• Familiar with SAP or similar inventory systems.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Mechanical or industrial experience is a plus.
• Strong PC skills.

Responsibilities

• Managing daily storeroom and inventory operations.
• Receiving, organizing, and tracking tools and materials.
• Maintaining accurate inventory using SAP.
• Performing cycle counts and replenishing stock.
• Supporting production teams with materials and supplies.
• Tagging, labeling, and inspecting tools and equipment.
• Keeping the workspace clean, safe, and organized.
• Assisting with process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
