ENGEL North America is seeking a Stock Keeper for the Late Shift to efficiently pack and ship customer orders. You will handle inventory, data entry in SAP, and ensure accurate documentation for outbound shipments in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3–5 years in warehouse receiving/shipping, SAP proficiency, and a commitment to safety and accuracy. Expect a team-oriented setting with competitive benefits and a focus on quality control.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years experience in warehouse receiving/shipping environment.
• Knowledge of SAP, UPS Worldship, FedEx Manager, and DHL Express.

Responsabilités

• Pack and ship parts purchased by the customer in a timely manner.
• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepare orders by pulling materials and packing boxes for delivery.
• Maintain inventory controls by locating stock and printing requests.
• Provide quality service by following organizational standards.
• Keep work areas clean and organized, including shelves and pallets.
• Ensure shipping area cleanliness and compliance with procedures.
• Enter required information to complete reports.
• Contribute to team goals and related results as needed.
• Package parts for shipment in crates via FedEx/UPS and similar services.
• Arrange trucks for heavy or oversized products.
• Write delivery notes in SAP and verify delivery notes; adjust inventory accordingly.
• Prepare bills of lading and commercial invoices.
• Perform other duties or special projects as assigned.
