Job summary

ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Stock Keeper for the late shift. You will pack and ship customer orders, load materials, and maintain organized, safe inventory practices in a busy warehouse.

Responsibilities include preparing shipments, updating records in SAP, and coordinating with carriers (FedEx/UPS/DHL). The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and adherence to procedures, with comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• 3–5 years of experience in warehouse receiving/shipping.
• Knowledge of SAP and shipping software (UPS Worldship, FedEx Manager, DHL Express).

Responsibilities

• Pack and ship parts purchased by customers in a timely manner.
• Complete shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and pulling materials.
• Enforce inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provide quality service by following organization standards.
• Keep shelves, pallet areas and workstations neat for a safe environment.
• Complete reports by entering required information.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Package parts for shipment in crates via FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Order trucks for large/heavy products.
• Write delivery notes in SAP and verify accuracy.
• Prepare bills of lading and commercial invoices.
