ENGEL Machinery North America is seeking a Stock Keeper for the late shift to efficiently pack and ship parts for customers. You will handle order processing, prepare shipments, and maintain inventory accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a High School Diploma and 3–5 years in warehouse receiving/shipping, with knowledge of SAP and shipping software. Join a team-focused, safety-conscious company with competitive benefits.

ENGEL Machinery North America has a job opportunity for a Stock Keeper (Late Shift). Shift Hours: 9:30AM to 6PM with a 30 minute unpaid lunch.

POSITION INFORMATION

Job Summary:

Packs and ships parts purchased by the customer in a timely manner.

Job Responsibilities:

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
• Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery area.
• Enforces inventory controls by collecting stock location orders and printing requests.
• Provides quality service by following organization standards.
• Preserves safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat.
• Promotes clean shipping supply area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Completes reports by entering required information.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Packages parts to be shipped in crates via FedEx, UPS, etc.
• Orders trucks for products weighing over 150 pounds or that are over 108 inches long.
• Writes up delivery notes in SAP and pulls parts to be shipped. Confirms delivery notes so parts can be removed from inventory.
• Prepares bills of lading and commercial invoices.
• Performs other duties or special projects as required or as assigned by a supervisor.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Educational/Training Requirement:

• High School Diploma required.

Experience:

• 3-5 years experience in warehouse receiving/shipping environment

Licenses/Certifications:

• None required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• Knowledge of SAP.
• Knowledge of UPS Worldship, FedEx Manager, and DHL Express.
• Knowledge of injection mold machines a plus.
