Job summary

Alfa Laval in Oklahoma seeks a Material Handler to manage inventory and material flow, including shipping/receiving and delivering materials to production teams. The role covers forklift/ crane operations, cycle counts, and documentation to ensure quality and efficiency in Tulsa and/or Broken Arrow.

Responsibilities include supporting safety briefings, cross-training, and assisting leadership with administrative tasks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with relevant experience.
• 2+ years of materials experience.
• Basic desk top computer skills.
• Basic math skills including reading a tape measure and micrometer.
• Prior manufacturing experience preferred.
• Forklift operation certification preferred.
• Overhead crane experience preferred.
• Scissor lift certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and support receiving activities, including unpacking and inspecting items.
• Move materials using forklift/crane equipment to storage or production areas.
• Assist with shipping, labeling, and documentation of outbound goods.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts.
• Support onboarding and training of new employees and safety practices.
• Adhere to safety policies and maintain clean, organized work areas.
