Job summary

Enchanted Rock is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Coordinator to lead shipping, receiving, and inventory control for our Cypress, TX facility. You will manage stock integrity, labeling, packing, and dispatching while ensuring safety and cost efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

You will coordinate with cross-functional teams, maintain accurate records, and support Lean/Operational Excellence initiatives to optimize the supply chain and warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in managing a team.
• Experience leading inventory staff, coaching and training.
• Knowledge of supply chain concepts and problem-solving.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate forklift safely.
• Crane operator / rigging experience is a plus.
• Experience with inventory controls and shipping/receiving processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead shipping, receiving, and inventory operations.
• Enforce inventory management policies and labeling requirements.
• Oversee stock receipt, counting, packing, and dispatching.
• Organize storage and accessibility in warehouses and storage areas.
• Communicate with shop inventory to resolve damage or shortages.
• Supervise packing/unpacking and stock placement on shelves.
• Record shipment data for reporting and accounting purposes.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of supplies, tools and spaces.
• Coordinate with safety to report and repair broken tools.
• Operate forklift and crane as needed and ensure safe loading/unloading.
