Lancesoft is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Control Clerk I in San Leandro, CA to support daily shipping operations, inventory control, and administrative tasks. You will liaise with drivers, stores, customers, and vendors to ensure accurate shipment processing.

The ideal candidate has logistics or inventory experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook, working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ year of experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or related admin support.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook; strong communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate shipping and loadout schedules, check in drivers and manage departures.
• Maintain inventory records, adjust transactions, and track shipments.
• Handle CHEP pallet transactions, invoicing, and reconciliation.
• Prepare shift logs, operational reports, and month-end accruals.
• Support customers, vendors, and internal teams with shipment documentation.
