Job summary

Lancesoft is seeking a detail-oriented warehouse associate to support shipping, receiving, and inventory control. You will pick, pack, store, and distribute materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness across operations.

Responsibilities include inspecting incoming goods, preparing documentation, and coordinating with teams to meet production and shipping needs. Some overtime during peak periods may be required.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent required.
• 0-2 years experience shipping and receiving goods.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good interpersonal skills required.
• Good written & verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated knowledge of software relating to receiving activities desired.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Demonstrated knowledge and use of hand trucks and pallet mover.

Responsibilities

• Performs manual and routine duties in shipping, receiving, material supply, and inventory control.
• Pick and pack items for outbound shipments with attention to detail.
• Receive all incoming materials and store at correct temperature; inspect against packing lists and purchase orders.
• Deliver accepted items within 24 hours of receipt or notify requestors.
• Prepare related documentation and maintain records using computer systems.
