Job summary

Batchline Solutions is hiring an Inventory Shift Lead for our Morgan Hill facility. You will oversee inventory control, coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams, and ensure regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory or warehouse roles, forklift experience, and ability to train teams on food safety and standard operating procedures. A SAFE, collaborative culture awaits you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in Inventory Control or Warehouse in Food Manufacturing.
• 1+ year of supervisory or lead experience preferred.
• Forklift experience required; able to work with NAV ERP.

Responsibilities

• Implement and oversee SOPs, SSOPs, and GMPs for the production center.
• Lead and train team in food safety practices and risk awareness.
• Delegate tasks; monitor performance and provide recognition.
• Coordinate with production to ensure timely material delivery and correct staging.
• Conduct daily checklists, EOS, and shift handoffs.
• Develop and apply visual controls in storage locations.
• Support storage design and material handling alignment with systems.
• Resolve inventory issues from operational inefficiencies.
• Promote safety awareness and conduct formal risk assessments.
