Batchline Solutions is hiring an Inventory Shift Lead at our Morgan Hill facility to oversee inventory processes and coordinate with warehouse, production, procurement, and quality teams. You will implement SOPs, lead food safety training, and ensure accurate material staging for production.

The role requires 3+ years in inventory control or warehouse roles, forklift experience, and ability to work in a refrigerated environment.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of related Inventory Control or Warehouse experience in food manufacturing preferred.
• Ability to communicate duties, policies and procedures to the team through trainings.
• Ability to plan and prioritize workload and follow written/verbal instructions in English.

Aufgaben

• Implement, and oversee SOPs, SSOPs and GMPs for the production center.
• Lead and train team members in basic food safety practices and coach on risk assessment.
• Delegate work assignments and monitor delegated activities; provide recognition for results.
