Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific is seeking a warehouse/inventory associate in Indiana to handle daily samples, process shipments, and support QC labs. The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, and collaboration in a GMP environment.

You will use RF scanners, handheld devices, and Microsoft Office to track inventory, manage cycles, and respond to internal stakeholders. Overtime may be required, with a focus on reliability and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of customer-facing, retail stocking, warehouse, or inventory-control experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written English communication, especially via email.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily samples delivered to the site with accuracy and timeliness.
• Process outbound shipments using validated containers and monitoring devices.
• Assist QC labs as sample clerks, including receiving, inspecting, and transferring samples.
• Maintain ALCOA+ documentation and ensure compliance with GMP safety standards.
• Operate RF scanners and mobile apps to perform replenishments, cycle counts, and order processing.
